Decorative wood grain PVC film usually consists of the following layers:

·Base Material Layer: A PVC layer provides the main flexibility and durability.

·Printing Layer: The High-precision gravure printing technology is used to print the textures of various woods (such as oak, walnut, teak, maple, etc.), resulting in an extremely realistic effect.

·Surface Coating Layer: Typically a transparent polyurethane (PU) layer, which offers protection against wear, scratches, contamination, and ultraviolet (UV) rays.

As the name implies, Decorative wood grain PVC film refers to PVC wood grain film without pressure-sensitive glue on its back. Decorative wood grain PVC film’s surface structure is similar to that self-adhesive film, consisting of a base material layer, a printing layer, and a wear-resistant layer. However, Decorative wood grain PVC film’s bottom layer is pure PVC, without an adhesive layer or release paper.
